If you choose to make a purchase through any of our Sites, we may collect from you
your credit card number, billing address and other information related to such purchase,

If PTN determines that you have violated any provisions provided within, PTN has the
right, in its sole discretion, to pursue any and all of its legal remedies.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, PTN, and its officers, directors,

merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event shall PTN be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,
consequential, or any other type of damages arising out of or in any way related to the
use or performance of PTN’s Sites, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for
any information, products, services, related graphics, and other materials obtained
through PTN’s Sites, or otherwise arising out of the use of PTN’s Sites, whether based

of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy Policy
Paradise Television Network, Inc. (PTN) respects your privacy, and we want you to
understand the ways in which we do and don’t use the information that you transmit
when you visit our websites. This privacy policy applies only to the consumer-facing
United States-based websites controlled by PTN and/or its subsidiary and affiliated
entities where this privacy policy is posted (collectively, the “Sites”). By using the sites,
you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy, if not, please do not use
the sites.
The web is an evolving medium. If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in
the future, we’ll post the changes here. You can tell when this policy was last revised by
referring to the “Last Updated” legend at the bottom of this page. Any changes to our
privacy policy will become effective upon posting of the revised privacy policy. Use of
the Sites following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised privacy
policy then in effect.
The Sites are controlled and operated by us from the United States, and are not
intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other
than that of the United States. Please note that we do not represent or warrant that the
Sites are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of the United States.
Those who choose to access the Sites do so on their own initiative and are responsible
for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.
Information that we collect automatically
We collect certain types of information automatically whenever you access and use our
Sites. Some of this information is stored in cookies (see the next section). Examples of
the information we collect automatically include: (1) the internet protocol (IP) address
of the computer you are using; (2) the browser software you are using; (3) your
Privacy Policy
operating system; (4) the date and time you access our Sites; and (5) the internet
address of the website from which you linked directly to our Sites.
Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive
through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to store some
information that enables us to improve your experience at our Sites in a number of ways.
Cookies also help us to learn about how and when people use our Sites so that we can
determine which parts of our Sites are popular and which need to be modified to be
more useful. Although cookies do identify a website user’s computer, cookies alone
cannot personally identify a user. Your web browser only allows us to access the cookies
we have already sent to your computer, not the cookies that other websites have sent.
We do not and cannot use cookies to retrieve any information from your computer that
we did not put there in the first place. You can adjust your web browser to refuse all
new cookies, to notify you whenever you are about to receive a new cookie, or to
disable cookies completely. Please note, however, that many parts of our Sites will not
function properly if you do not allow cookies.
Use of the information we collect
The primary reason why we collect information from you is to provide you with the
services that you request and to enhance your experience at our Sites. We also use the
information that we collect to make sure that our Sites provide you with the resources
you need and the level of quality you expect. For example, information about the
sections of the Sites that people visit most frequently and least frequently helps us to
decide which features website users find useful and which features need changes.
Also, PTN sometimes shares with third parties certain non-personal, summary
information about the people who use our Sites. This information is not personally
identifiable in any way and consists of facts such as the average numbers of visitors to
our Sites per day and the most popular sections of our Sites.
Please be advised, however, that we reserve the right to disclose any personal
information about you without your prior consent if we have a good faith belief that
such disclosure is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with valid
legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; (2) protect our rights
or property; (3) enforce the provisions of the terms and conditions contained in this
policy; or (4) prevent harm to you and others.
Security to protect your privacy
We know that when you provide us with any type of information, you are trusting us to
keep it safe from unauthorized intrusion. We take all reasonable steps, through the use
of updated security software and protocols, to ensure that your personal information is
safe. As effective as our safeguards are, no security system is completely impenetrable,
so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database, nor can we guarantee
that personally identifiable information you supply won’t be intercepted while being
transmitted to us over the internet.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal information
You have several options when deciding how you can best protect your personal
information. One option is simply not to volunteer any personal information. This
approach would prevent you from taking advantage of several of our Sites most useful
features.
Another option is to configure your web browser to refuse all new cookies, to notify you
whenever you are about to receive a new cookie, or to disable cookies completely.
However, many parts of our Sites will not function properly if you do not allow cookies.
The Federal Trade Commission’s website also offers useful information about how to
protect your personal information while on the internet.
Amendments to PTN privacy policy
From time to time, it may be necessary for PTN to amend this Privacy Policy. You are
responsible for regularly reviewing this privacy policy so that you will be aware of any
changes. However, if we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal
information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our Sites.
Please note that your continued use of our Sites means that you accept the
amendments to this Privacy Policy.

policy, please contact us by e-mail at info@mauionline.com. Please note that e-mail
